i like grant turismo and sega GT..boith of those are more simulation, but both have a decent arcade mode as well

I just picked up Tokyo Xtreme Racing for Dreamcast. I think it has a pretty unique style of gameplay -- in summary: street racing, you drive around this loop, look for drivers to challenge, and you get credits for leading most of the time (with more credits for leaving them further in your wake), buy cars, buy parts, repeat.

I'm having a blast with it.

Well... it isn't really racing, but Grand Theft Auto 3 has some racing in it. It's a dope game. Just picked it up few days ago.
