What are some DVD's that look amazing at 1080i

I just got a 48" HDTV last week, have a progressive scan DVD using component cable connection, the tv upconverts everything to 1080i.

First movie I watched was "Monsters INC." which was ridiculously amazing on this set, just a few days ago I watched "Ice Age" and was blown away by the clarity and detail.

Other movies I have watched on this set are......

Star Wars Episodes 1 & 2

LOTR ROTK

Reservoir Dogs

Monty Python, Meaning of Life


I am going to rent a few tonight, what movies look really good on the widescreen at high resolution?

I find that any 'cgi' type of movie looks 'very' good on any tv. But film is where it separates the bad and the good.

Avsforums is great. Lots of info to read.
