What are some cars with huge cash rebates right now?

Hello,

I am trying to trade in my vehicle but my bank will not let me trade it in for another since I am upside down on this thing about 5 Gs. Now there are some mechnaical and electrical issues with this car that I'd rather not fix. $500 dollars later and it's gotten worse.

Anyway I need to combine a list with cars that have good cash rebates on them at the moment. I am talking 2000 and up. Looking within the $20000 price range.

Thanks
Phil

mitsu advertises up to 6k back on cars. But then you'd be driving a mitsubishi.... and it's most likely a huge gimmick, anyway.

Dodges have some decent rebates goin on now....

Some advice that I know you don't want to hear: If you're THAT upside-down on your vehicle you should REALLY think about keeping it and do whatever you can to pay it off, or at least get it near the selling price of the vehicle. I'm in the same boat as you are, but there's no way that I'd be willing to tack on another 5,000 onto new loan. You'd just be further upside-down on the new vehicle.
