What are some active off topic / gaming forums?

Gaming forums have really devolved in the last 10 years.

1) If they are PC gaming forums, everyone complains about how the port of their game sucks and how much they hate consoles.
2) Or how they will never install another storefront because they are so loyal to Steam.
3) Oh no. There is a woman hero in the game. So offensive...

If they are console forums, well, I really do not know of any. Maybe there are not many because the people have more fun playing their games rather than wasting their time complaining on the internet instead of playing games.

I play most games on PC but man, the PC gaming community are a bunch of crybabies.
