I have a p3 800e 100fsb; what is a safe voltage and fsb with only a 2\3 agp setting and a V5 agp Video card! Its in a Abit BE6-2 R2.
Also what is a safe CPU temp?

tak a loak at yur processs.. on top plastic cober... it shood say it on their wot voltagy to run ass defalt. it mite me 1.7 ish or more or less.

fur the I/O voltagy, leave it ass defalt on yur sweat mofo.

soogested CPU temp is arrand... 27 to 32 degreeee celsius @ idle.
