What are safe Temps for a Intel Core Duo CPU T2600

I need to know the threshold for safely running these chips at.

tCaseMax (High temperature by Intel) is 100 degrees C. They are a mobile chip so are made to not run with much of a fan. They start to throttle at 100, so possible it could go even farther than that.
