What are safe temps that the psu can handle in terms of the cpu and video card ..

My psu went out last thursday and my cpu was high up to the 50s while I was playing WoW.
I got a new one today and the cpu is high in the 30s while playing WoW. My video card is about 42. When im not playing WoW..my cpu is stable at 25 degrees So I was wondering what are good temperatures that i should keep note of so that this new one doesnt go out just as fast as my last one did.

Here is the one that is now dead which i previously had

Here is the one i have now

I dont know why but my temps have been high lately ...b4 my temps were low in the 19s to 24 now they are high.
Will placing new thermal paste help the problem at all..how and where should i dust?

Your CPU temp is not going to kill your PSU.

It might kill your CPU if it's to high (yours doesn't look to be), but it has nothing to do with you PSU - unless you have no ventalation, but your
CPU temps would be a lot higher if that were the case.

PSU's just go out sometimes. Looking at the price on that PSU, I'd have to seriously wonder about the quality of it. I wouldn't be counting on it to last.
