What are safe 2D clock speeds for a 7600GT?

I run a lot of HD video content and was wondering what some safe 2D speeds would be for a 7600GT that currently runs at 560/1500 in 3D mode.

I currently have the core running at 360, and the memory running at 500 (1000). Is this ok?
