the g skill 2x1GB DDR2-800 for around $250 on newegg is great IMO. 4-4-4-12 timings, and g skill does have their agressive 4-4-4-5 timings kit, but thats TOO expensive.

I have 2 GB OCZ Gold PC5400 (4-4-4-12 timings), but it's not for Conroe (AM2).

While clocked at 667 MHz stock, it can easily be OC'd to DDR2-800+ speeds. My 2 sticks did DDR2-765 (my K9N mobo only has 4 RAM dividers with the new BIOS) on stock voltage, and with a bit of voltage boost it even ran SuperPi and passed memtest at that speed. Also pretty cheap at about $150 for 2 GB after rebates, and the gold heatspreader looks very very nice.

I'm debating between the 6400C3 and 6400C5. Obviouslly the price tag is different by a whole half. Price isn't really a big factor to me, but I just want the RAM that can OC well. I am still looking for the performance and OC potential difference between the 3-4-3-9 to 5-5-5-15 on the conroes.
