well, my father took a car in to have tires changed. the car has aluminum wheels. they neglected to do the wheels by hand, as they should with aluminum wheels. as a result, the wheels have been badly scarred. they look trashed.

This is a BMW. the wheels are expensive. they look like crap now.

the tire place, when told that they screwed up, claimed that the wheels were that way when the car came in. we know this to be false. however, the people on duty refused to say who the manager was, and we only know who the owner of the place was (only snail mail address, not home phone.) the tire service center lied very clearly, and all people in that shop will aggree against us that it was that way when we brought the car in.

so what are our real options? these are expensive wheels, and they look trashed now, and we'd rather not eat the cost of them.
