What are my upgrade options?

I own a Epox 8K5A2+, 2 sticks of PC2700 Samsung 2.5 CLS, and am currently running an ATI Radeon 9600XT and an XP1700+ OC'ed to 2100. I want to upgrade my processor but am out of touch with all the new cores of processors. Looking at EPOX's website:

It appears that the Barton 2800+ would be my fastest CPU compatible with this Mobo, however this is a list from Jan 2003.
Can anyone help me with my upgrade considerations?

I'd say the 3000+ (333 FSB) would be the furthest you'd be able to upgrade to. You could probably go further and get a 3000/3200+ (400 FSB) but your board may not support the higher 400 FSB and will probably run it @ 333 MHz instead.
