Here's a question for one of you computer gurus!

What's an easy way to find out the system specs of a computer? In particular, I need to know how to find the type of processor, the speed, amount of memory (the type of RAM would be nice also) and the type of video card in the computer. I need to do this for 2 machines: 1 running Windows 2000 Professional and NT 4.0 on the other (dual processor). Is there a quick and easy way to find this info without having to tear half of my machines apart?

For the CPU and Memory info you can just look at your system properties (right click on My Computer and select properties). For the video card info go to your display properties (where you change your background), and you should see it under the settings tab.

Thank you both for your quick replies - I decided to download SiSoft's Sandra, and it gave me all the info I needed! It looks like a very helpful product...

Thanks again for the help!
