I purchased some things from HSN.com

I only have a cell phone and I had to give my cell phone number to HSN to sign up with them. Two weeks ago I started receiving lame HSN phone calls advertising things. They have all gone to my voice mail so far(I was driving everytime so I didn't answer my cell phone). I emailed customer support asking them politely to remove my number for their calling list. I got an email back saying they would do so. I hadn't gotten a call until today. I just wrote another email telling them to stop calling my cell phone or I would be charging them for the calls since I am paying for them.

If I continue to receive the calls do you know where I can complain? FCC?

Do you think that will help resolve the issue? I hate giving anyone my cell phone number because I don't want it getting to telemarketers but I had to with HSN.

Ask them for a number to fax a letter stating your intentions. if it happens again, sue there a$$. I think you can easily get them for $500.
