What are must have mods for Fallout 3??

I am about to start playing fallout (it has been in my backlog list for a few years) and I want to know what are the must have mods for it. I do not want to change the mechanics or the original feel of the game too much as to make it a different game. I want to improve the image quality and fix any bugs pretty much. So far I have found:

Energy Visuals Enhanced and Energy Weapons Advanced
FOOK 2
NMC's Texture Pack
Project Beauty
Fallout 3 Reanimated
Fallout 3 Mod Manager

This is for a first run then once I finish it I will try

Fallout 3 Wanderer's EditionMart's Mutant Mod
Fellout
Enhanced Weather

Now with Enhanced Weather I am debating if I want to install it on a first run or not.

Any suggestions besides what I have slected??

Yes this will be my first playthrough. So not even texture packs??

The thing about texture mods, while they're very photo-realistic they cause a lot of stutter, they're probably not worth it.

There is one and only one mod you need above anything else, the Fallout 3 Stutter remover. Just remember to first install FOSE (Fallout Script Extender), then install the Stutter remover, then launch FOSE from the Fallout 3 Mod Manager. Do it that way or Stutter remover won't work.

And youll probably have to edit the ini so the game only uses 2 cpu threads

I installed the unofficial fallout 3 patch and played for a while. I installed the FOOK2 1.2 and liked it a lot better. I have not played much but so far I like it a lot better with the FOOK2.
