what are ideal cpu temps?

What I mean is. What are ideal temps for the processor, ambient temp? And also, what is an ideal temp for the geforce 6800GT? My processor temp is about at 46c and the ambient temp is about 38c. My 6800GT is running about 63c all idle, all stock. Is this about right? Or should I look into getting something to cool it off a little more?
 
Temps looks correct for both.
My A64 idles around 39c-44c and my 6800GT OC about 63c if I remember correctly
I'm using a K8N Neo Plat.
 
i hit just over 50c on load, but im running my fan on 7 volt to reduce noise. It screams at max rpm. I can hear it thrpough head phones 🙁
