Well, that's interesting. I don't think we have any sexual traditions here in the Detroit Metro area, what are they?

LOL. Methinks that is their roundabout aka PC (politically correct) way of saying that they have a sexually diverse culture, ie. they are saying they are a community that supports both hetero and homosexual lifestyles.

I'm from Houston so I will try to decipher this PC sales pitch for you. It means there is an area of Houston called Montrose where the vast majority of the population consists of breeding pairs that share the same flavor of genitalia and thus cannot actually reproduce.
