What are HEALTHY p4 and system temps?

Hi, I have a new computer that I just built, and when i first go into bios, the temps are as following:

P4: 42-45 degs
System: 33 degs


Now this system is DEAD QUIET, and I am not overclocking, so I want to know if those are healthy temps (and also what are healthy temps for p4s and systems in general).
