What are good places to buy a (custom) laptop?

Hello, I'm looking to buy a laptop but I can't exactly find what I need. I would like a custom-built laptop(because I think it's wise to pay that ~100$ for best sound card, network card etc) most probably with integrated graphics and an intel Sandy Bridge PENTIUM or CELERON processor. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandy_Bridge#Mobile_processors) The problem is, most internet shops I've checked only sell laptops with i3-i7 processors(someplaces even without i3!) and almost all laptops are with discrete graphics, without the ability to take it away from the purchase 🙄 I'm sorry I'm writing like a chaosman, well, but I am.
The way I see it, laptops are burrowed in a pile of cruel marketing. Would appreciate any ideas on where to find a place to customize laptops the way I'd like.

I'm not sure I understand your question to its fullest, but I'll try.

15+ display
Processor: B940, B810E, B810 or B800 ( would also consider 2330E, 2330M, 2310E, 2310M if the laptop wouldn't be too costy)
HDD with 7200rpm would be good, although I'd prefer just a single SSD 120gb perhaps( if it wouldn't make the laptop cost very much)
good, better than average netword and sound cards
integrated camera
No discreet vga

The price should be less than 700$. Would be great if it was possible to be around 400$ though.

You will not find what you are looking for in that price range. Sorry, your needs are really not that standard.

For 700 bucks you can get an i5-2410m from some retailers like Lenovo. You can get a Sandy Bridge Dell Inspiron 15r which does not have discrete graphics.

In fact I don't know what mnewsham is talking about. You can certainly find a Sandy Bridge laptop with integrated graphics only for below 700.

With a 120GB SSD or a 7200RPM HDD? Fat chance of that. And he said 700 was his upper limit. he would prefer 400. The cheapest I can find is a dell 15R with the Core i3-2310 and only 3GB of RAM with a 720p screen for $499.99 it comes with a 320GB 5400RPM HDD however. The cheapest 120GB SSD i can find on newegg right now is 175 bucks so $674.99 for one of the lowest i3's possible a fairly crappy 15" screen, integrated graphics, and only 3GB of RAM.
