What are good foods to eat....

that will increase your energy and endurance level for intense physical exercise?

so far i know of "Just Right" which is a really good cereal.

I eat that before going rollerblading or biking or martial arts.

however, i would like to have some diversity

Cereals and grains,

Fruit and vegies,

Meat, fish, dairy, and eggs,

Cakes and sugar,

Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated oils. 😉

Big Mac.......its got meat, bread, greens, sugar, salt, everything your body needs to get energy 🙂

hehe

i hardly ever eat McD's since i left my teens (now 28), but i now suddenly feel a craving for a double cheeseburger, a quarterpounder, large fries with sweet'n'sour sauce dip and a large strawberry milkshake 🙂

McD is so unhealthy....they don't even use real meat.

i think i've turned obsessed with health foods.

McDonalds aint that bad in moderation. As long as you give your body time to expell the fat, it can be nutritious.

Oh, u mean they synthesize the meat using genetics?...ermm...lol

i think you mean their burgers use processed meat, its real sure enough, it just has a few extras in it...lol

oh their quarter pounder burger is proper meat because of the way they advertise it, would get taken to court otherwise by the trading standards council.....

*sigh* The meat they use comes from the "de-fattening" process in the slaughter houses. When the racks of meat are going along the line, workers cut off the peices of fat (etc) and toss them into bins. The "meat" in these bins is used in all sorts of stuff, from bologna to sausage, the worst grade of this "meat" goes into McD's patties. That and alot of chemical binders and flavorings. So depending on your definition of "meat" it may be "real meat" or not.

And that's funny that you'd think McDONALDS, the second king of the world, would ever get challenged in court over something so trivial as a commercial interpretation...

Oh wait, I see you're from england. I don't know how they get their meat overseas. I guess I always thought it was shipped all over. And I don't know about the courts over there either. meh... YMMV...
