Just as the title says, what? And are they served with mayonaise in Holland. I heard this one in Pulp Fiction.

Acutally I think they are called fries or friend potatoes.
Maybe even chips.

In the french part of New Brunswick (Canada), well call fries, Frites or Patates frites (fries potatoes)... and we say french kissing :)
