What are fountains that are activated by stepping on a trigger called?

I have no idea why I remember this, but I know one company that makes them is called Bradley. We had some at school. All stainless steel, I think there was a bit of black plastic. There was also little soap dispensers that never actually worked. I don't know what the actual name is though. I recall some that were fully circular and made mostly of some marble like material too. I don't think it was actually marble, but made to look like it.

I was curious and googled it. Holy crap those arn't cheap! I guess it's all that stainless steel, and they are built like tanks.
