We have remote laptop users who needs to have files sync'd with certain folders in our enterprise over the internet. This is a backup and availability solution. I saw Foldershare a couple of months ago and thought it was a good concept, howerver, it seems more like a consumer app to me. Is there an enterprise-level application that has similar functionality?

You mean like VPN + Offline files and folders? It's all stuff that's built into your XP and 2003 machines
