What are Excel 2000's limitations?

I have an Excel 2000 spread sheet that has 20 columns and goes 50,000 lines down. Does Excel 2000 have a limitation on how many lines it will hold before it starts getting unstable? Is it time to move to an Access database?
 
Thanks man. You know what, I pulled up that exact same page but I didn't see the line limitation. I must have just glanced over it. Thanks man.
