Recently, I have noticed that there are a few "black patches"
on my monitor. That is, spots that appear darker than the rest
when the monitor is off. You can sorta tell where these are when
the monitor comes on and before it hits normal brightness. Once it's
up and running at normal brightness, you can't see the patches anymore.
Are these signs of impending doom, or nothing to worry about?
