It's been a while since I have checked my system and CPU temps.

What kind of temps are you getting? It may be better for us to just say if your temps are too hot. :)

I get about 50 on the CPU when it's being 100% use for a while. Is this bad?

Not the greatest but it's hardly damnaging to the CPU at all. I wouldnt worry overly much unless you start seeing full load temps of 60C then I'd probably get better cooling, though even 60C won't harm the processor.

All my rigs seam to posses more or less these temperatures:
Board=28C (42C max)
CPU=55C (65C max)
Case= 30C (47C max)

Case = 36c
CPU = Idle-47c Load-55-58c

I've always thought my Abit IT7 was reading my temps wrongly. Not sure though.

Case/Board - 18 c
CPU - 49 c Now (between idle and load)

Running an Athlon XP 2100+ with retail cooler + thermal pad (that's why my CPU temps are high)

However my comp is in my basement so my case is like a refridgerator
