Actaully no I called charter and these are the ports they block.

I know what the basic ones are and I was curious what the other ones are.

The only ports open on my server is 80

I was thinking of switching to charter pipeline but they block outgoing mail to servers that are not theirs. This was the list of ports they also block and I was trying to figure out what they are.

119 - Network News Protocal?? - This is for newsgroups, ALT.BINARY.NEWS stuff like that
10080 Amanda??? - This is a backup client for linux, etc.
135 - DCE endpoint resolution??? - This is part of the port 135 RPC microsoft/netbios component.
593 - HTTP RPC Ep Map??? This is remote procedure call over HTTP
445 - Microsoft-DS??? - Microsoft Directory Services

143 - Internet Message Access Protocol?? - This is IMAP MAIL

try googling for ports and or software you dont understand, if they dont answer the question then ask here.

Are you sure Charter "blocks" these ports??? That wouldnt make much sense to block these ports as an ISP or even as a data service provider. You couldnt even install a windows network with port 135 blocked and couldnt surf the web and download files with 80 and 20/21 blocked.

They're probably blocked in, not out.

some are blocked in and some out. an example of out would be smtp. they dont want spammers and the like. specially if someone else gets outside control of your machine.
