What are all these files?

I downloaded stinger and ran it though my system to search for worms.

It says I have a TON of files under :

C:\Documents and Settings\Jason and Jenn\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\.......

I can't find these files when I go there (their hidden or something) and when I do disc cleanup and delete my temporary files they are still there.
It takes stinger at least 20 mintes just to get though this part their are so many files there.
How can I delte these files and what are they?

PS i 'm using IE6 if that matters.

edit: It it also showing C:\RECYCLERS\ with a lot of files. What is that?

That Content.IE5 is a PITA. Delete the whole directory from a command prompt.
Recycler is your recycle bin. If you can't delete the items in it, log in as every user on that system and empty their recycle bin.
