What apps make up VS.Net Academic?

I'm looking to trade for a copy but want to know if anyone could tell me what applications make up the Academic version that was recently given away by M$.

It's the same as the Professional version, right? If so then I guess if comes w/ all the stuff checked in the column on the right(link)
