Looking for a motherboard that can support the AMD CPU's and has at least one hopefully two 64 bit PCI slots.

I think the dual processor tyan tiger does, but I dont need a dual processor config.

this for a scsi raid controller card and gigabit network card.

I dont want to go intel, was hoping to use a AMD chip

thanks

so it seems only the dual processor boards hae the 64 bit slots.. makes sense, they are for servers, but i hate paying that premium to have a "server" board.

MSI k7D as well has 64 bit slots, but it is a dual board as well...

is the Asus board on the market now?

How would an operating system take advantage of a 64 Bit PCI Slot?

I dont think there is a normal OS that can take advantage of it.

You could always get one of the dual CPU asus boards and only use one CPU.
