What AMD nForce 2 motherboard supports PC4000?

PC4000 is DDR 500, right? I want to know which nForce 2 motherboard supports it?😕 Like Asus A7N8X deluxe edition supports from PC1600 up to PC3200. Any input would be helpful, thanks.

I don't think anybody "officially" supports more than 400. AFAIK, no cpu used in such boards officially supports more than 400 either.

To find what other's are able to squeeze out their mobo's go to the various OC forums for those boards.

The ram will run in those boards, but it will default to the cpu's FSB speeds anyway unless you change it in the BIOS and use a divider.

there are a few people that hit 230, 240, and 250+
but they needed extreme cooling in most cases and mods of the motherboards
vdd usually has to be increased above 230 and extra chipset cooling some kind usually needs to be implemented

i would say no more than 15% likely to get over 240 fsb without modification of voltages/cooling on an nf2 setup. The same applies if you run a memory divider with these memory speeds and a lower fsb or vice versa

if you really wanna push your memory bandwidth then you might consider a P4 or Athlon FX system for pc4000 or pc4400

i tryed like 3 different nf2 boards
my favorite was the abit nf7-s
but there are a few other good ones out there too
they seemed to top out between 220-230
except the asus board which had stability issues for me at or above 200 fsb
