what amd cpu compares to an e5200

Since I haven't even looked at AMD's recent chips lately, what chip on their side compares performance wise across multiple applications to the E5200 from intel?

Probably something along the lines of a Athlon 64 5600+

only thing is, there isn't much OC'ing headroom left on the 6400+, and there's a good bit on an E5200
