The 2200+ XP Thoroughbred was the first AMD processor to be manufactured on the .13um process.

But I believe any currently produced 2100+es are .13

If I'm not wrong, the tbreds are made of 0.13um process.

All tbreds and bartons are .13 To answer your question though. The 2100+ comes in 2 flavors, Palomino(.18) and tbred(.13).

Consult the part numbers and AMD's website for this information. They have it all laid out.

But you can still buy a Pal 2100+ so you have to be careful.

They all are, just make sure it's a thoroughbred. I would buy a newer 1.5v 1700+ if i didn't already buy a 2100+ before.
