OK as far as cables go i know what i need.
I have three system, that are servers somewhat.....
Webserver---Just needs to be connected to the internet.
CS Server----Just needs to be connected to the internet.
ROUTER------Needs to be connected---Will have my cable modem running into this suppling all the computers with Internet connection. I have two ip address so my bandwidth want be hurt as much running all the servers.
Then I have three other systems that are just personal computers.
Would i be better off getting a Switch of a Hub {Somethign around 10-16 ports for future upgrades and LAN parties
}????
What is the advantages of a switch over a hub? a hub over a switch? Any brand recomendations?
ALSO Would I be better off buying a hardware router rather than using the COMPUTER???
Thanks
Josh
