Lessee...high school when I was 18, and will have my BS this May at 24. After that, assuming I get into grad school somewhere, I should have my Ph.D at 29-30.

What is this "end" of which you speak? 25 here and I hope the end will ever come. However, I am considering becoming a marginally productive member of society circa 26 or 27 if all goes according to plan.

you can't really just go on with the research that that particular advisor had sponsored. i could have stayed at the school with another prof and probably shaven off a year, but i was kinda heartbroken over the death and chose to leave.
in the end, the research was better at the new school and i am happy with my decision.
turned 19 two months after finishing HS. Going to turn 23 a few months after finishing BS. I don't think I'll have the energy for more school after that...

20 for my Bachelors. 15 for high school. I think I get the record for the thread so far, but I know one AT member who beat me out of college by a year.

Depends on what I end up doing. I'm very conflicted right now as to the path I want to take. I am graduating next year with a B.S. in Econ and either a BA in Classical Studies or a BBA in Accounting. After that, law school (maybe do a law and economics program), and after that... I have no idea. I will be 25 when I get my JD.
I am planning on an LL.M., and maybe even an LL.D. (though this is a bit harder of which to conceive). I also plan on serving in the AF for a term of duty, probably as a lawyer (assuming they'd accept me).
I toyed with the idea of a DBA in either Accounting or Finance, but I'm not interested enough in prolonged research in either to make it worthwhile. I've also thought about Latin or Greek, but the same thought comes to mind. I am learning Latin, want to learn Greek, but I want to be able to read the writers in their languages, not necessarily get a degree in it; so I will study both languages for at least a few years. I thought back tonight and was reminded of my longtime desire (since I was a child) to study psychology, and I am really impressed at the moment at the longevity of that desire; not to be a psychologist, but maybe a criminologist.
I'll leave that for a later point in life.

My roommate freshman year of college was 16 and at UIUC triple majoring in astonomy, physics, and some kind of engineering. He never spoke to me and was a bit odd right from the start. By fall he was carrying around his own silverware, using a handkerchief to touch the phone and door knobs, and he only showered when he went home on the weekends.
One night I came back to the room to find him in the closet on the phone with his mom. He was sobbing and freaking out about the "black stuff" that was "in him". He never returned from winter break.
...but I'm sure that's not par for the course for all underaged college kids... :evil:
