What ad blocker / content filter do you use for your browser? Which one is the best?

I used naviscope for ie for a while... I want to find a good content filter / ad blocker for my internet explorer. Which one do you use and which one should I use? What reasons?

POW! from AnalogX works fine for me.

The ad filter that comes integrated with Norton Internet Security 2002 is what I use. i found most of the other proggies end up filtering a few things that I don't want them to filter.
