I didn't mean YOU have to wipe, I meant "one" has to wipe, as in the one who punches. So I knew about that, don't worry. And you have to wipe TWICE, one for each punch.

And we always played with the knee. It just makes things simpler so there is less disputes. And the decoder is just a Northern California invention. The decoder is the "ok' sign in front of your eye. If someone really wants to look that stupid, walking around like that, they can look at the *this*

bahahah funny how that game has "evolved". In Kansas (to my knowledge) there's no wiping and no decoder.... you look you get punched, no way out of it! And it can be anywhere below the waist, not just on the knee (although that is a frequent location).

Ahaha brings back fun memories of college.

The monocle and the "decoder" are the same thing.

It's a fun game. We'd drive around in cars and try and get people on bikes and stuff. It occupied us for literally 48 hours straight. That might not seem like a lot, but think about if EVERY sentence you or anyone you were with end with "..oh...you mean like THIS?!" for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT. EVERY SENTENCE.

Damn.

And wiping is ESSENTIAL. You HAVE to wipe off the hits. I mean, it's the principle of the thing...there's principalities up in this.

that's how we played it too, if you poked it though you got to hit. Played it all through freshman highschool grew out of it by mid semester.

Your version of the game sucks. 🙂 Here is ours:

Circle must be below the waist.
No wiping involved, just a punch.
If you can put your finger through the circle and pull it out again without them closing the circle on your finger, you get to punch them
If they close the circle on your finger, the get to punch you, even though you didnt look at it.

Yea, a little different than standard...but it doesn't suck like your version 😛
