This would mean I wouldn't have to upgrade my RAM, or my graphics card right away. Although I probably couldn't overclock much on this board it looks?

Yes I think it will, it looks like it supports 1066 fsb which is 333 and x10 that would be 3.3+ghz. Not sure if it's able to up the voltage, but either way you are looking at at least 2.66ghz And make sure you get good cooler if going 3+ghz, don't expect to be comfortable above 2.9 with stock cooler .
