what about a 133A board w/out overclocking?

hey.. i'm looking at upgrading my old p3 450 to a 1.13 266 thuderbird, but i'mm not sure if i want to do the whole overclocking thing.. can anyone reccomend a good mobo? basically i'm looking for the 133A and the new southbridge w/ata 100. anything else i should know? thanks

any of the 133a's will be fine for you...they will all work at 133mhz bus...
however going past 133 separates some of the boards........
its the motherboard that limits the fsb overclockablility.....not the cpu. (well so far)

A safe bet is the IwillKK266 and the MSI KT7 Turbo. The Asus A7V133 is also good. The ASUS is better in terms of features (4 IDE controllers) whereas the other 2 only have the additional IDEs in the RAID versions.

I got the A7V133. It is awesome. You can change the Multiplier,FSB,.... all in the BIOS and it is super stable. I am running my 1G T-bird @133FSB rock stable. Love it :)
