Dragon Age 2 and Skyrim were the only ones I payed full price for. My favorites were Skyrim, Witcher 2 and Dead space 2.

Retribution was 2011 and my only AAA title purchase in 2011. It was poor and not worth the money.

I also have Deus Ex HR but that came with my new graphics card. Haven't even installed it yet.

You're right that I was wrong (fixed now) and Retribution was not worth the money IMO as well.

Yes Alice counts. It wasn't on my list due to me buying it on the PS3 to get the HD remake of the original American McGee's Alice.

Most stuff these days, I'll wait until all the DLC is bundled into a GOTY edition and on sale. I'm beyond the days where I have to have every game the day it comes out simply because I don't have the time to play them all. Plus I get plenty of value out of a couple games right now and don't really need new ones to replace them yet.

As much as I enjoyed Retribution and just simply a continuation of the Warhammer 40k franchise in RTS format, it was certainly lack lustre compared to the previous outings.

I agree. My one exception this year was Skyrim. Bugs and high prices be damned. I love me some Bethesda games! I did however have the willpower to resist Fallout NV until this year and I bought the main game and all the DLC for 75% off recently.
