what aa to use? ATI/AMD 5870

I was just wondering whats the best aa mode for amd cards
I have a 5870 and i was wondering about the differences in msaa/adaptive msaa/ssaa and the box/edge/narrow/wide options, and about mlaa (specifically if you have mlaa enabled does it change if you have msaa/adaptive msaa/ssaa selected? what about the box/edge...?)

what aa and options do you guys use. I had always used adapative msaa with edge but now i'm wondering if thats the best to use.

I think your choice depends on the game - sometimes you can get away with less intensive AA settings for good effect at low overhead (e.g., only using MLAA checkbox with no MSAA etc at all).

What are your games/resolution?
