What a way to start off my week

It is now tuesday and wednesday is just around the corner. Monday night I get a call from my mom saying her aunt passed away. She's the person who brought us from Cambodia to the United States. So, she means a lot to us. I also have a wedding to attend this Saturday with my fiance's family. It's been planned for months and I'm one of three drivers who will be driving down to Maryland for the weekend. In addition, I think I'm gonna be a dad.

So, wedding and funeral are on the same day, Saturday. Fiance says she's pregnant so now I'm happy and sad at the same time.

Bah...

Hmmmm ... things have been going very smooth for the past 2-3 weeks. Now all of a sudden all of these things happen, but I know it happened for a reason. I'm not sure about other religion, but my parents who are both buddhist, believe that when a life ends, it has to start somewhere else. It would be fitting that my mom's aunt passed away, only to be born to us!
