the soccer player only gets 7 years and will probably be out in half that time. :| is this another "i'm a celebrity go easy on me". I personally think he deserved more than he was given.

Happens far too often. People forgot about NFL St. Louis Rams player Leonard Little. He basically got away scot free.

St. Louis has a long tradition of DUI. There was also a Cardinals player who died driving drunk last year. This city has absolutely no law enforcement to speak of (except for parking), which is why it's currently spiraling into a war zone. I can't wait to get the hell out of here. Hopefully I'll live that long.

I can't believe the thought "Why couldn't it be just one?" ran through the dad's head.

My thought would be either why not just me or why not just the other driver. More-so the other driver.
