What a Shocker!

I went to the Florida Renaissance Festival yesterday, and while walking around looking at all the different booths of vendors, I came across one that did hand molds in wax, after seeing some of them being made, I decided to get one myself.

I had to dip my hand in hot wax 12 times to make it, but the comments and looks I got for the rest of the day made it well worth the $5 🙂

Shocker


It was pretty funny just because most people there had no clue what it means, but there were a few that did and in their Renaissance clothing and voice said things like "My word what a vulgar gesture" and "is that supposed to be blood on the tips?"

Good times.

Nah not really, they had me submerge my hand up to my elbow in cold water before doing the first dip, after that the dry wax protects your arm from getting burnt, though the fvckard did dip my arm to low one time and it filled in between my arm and the wax layer with hot wax which did burn but enough to do any real damage.

LOL, it was so funny to see how these people were, I kept thinking of comic book guy from the Simpons every time I saw some overweight guy dressed up and talking in that old english accent. 🙂

I KNOW!! or, my favorite is that JackAss episode where they go to a festival like that and start picking on people and one guy gets all defensive and starts talking like "thee" and "thou"... it was hilarious!!
