what a phone call

I just got a call from my girlfriend. She was crying and saying her stomach hurt really badly, she had a headache and felt really dizzy. She has been having headaches the last couple of days, and she refuses to take medicine.


This has happened to her before and i really didnt know what to tell her, other than go to the doctor. I'm really worried about her right now. Anyone happen to know what those things are symptoms of? She wears glasses when she drives or has to see things at a distance, but she rarely wears them. But that does not explain her stomach...

There are a ton of different things it could be, its definatley worth seing a doctor about. For whats its worth I do get sick to my stomach if I walk around much without my glasses!

That could really be anything, probaly not really related to the fact that she can't see well (i.e. wears glasses). That might explain the headaches, but she should see a doctor if it keeps up. Tell her to take some aspirin or you'll break up with her!

just a thought, but really, it could be bad nutrion, stress, a number of things. tell her to go to the doctor. if you really like this girl, drag her ass to a med.

well, she just got off of her monthly friend, so no pregnancy. She is also on birth control.

Not likely but it could be appendicitis man. Why won't she see a doctor? Believe it or not, they're there to help!

no, appendicitis is on the right, hers in the center, her doctor said take some peptobismol and tylenol. ugh, i cant believe this.

There's Nothing you can do. My gf always does this, i've tried every possible way to convince her but till this day there's still no solution.

chances are that if she got food poisoning, so would i. She kept saying she was having sinus problems lately, and she got a dc. appt. for march 22, but i said go to a different doc to get a sooner appt. She never listens to me.

I had somethin just like that about a week ago. I could barely walk and I was all disoriented and well dopey and had really severe stomach cramps almost
AND it kept me in the hospital 2 days and outta school/work a whole week

It could still be appendicitis. The pain migrates from side to side and often settles in the center.

It also sounds like a severe case of food poisoning. Get her to an er. If for some reason, you can't, make sure she isn't getting dehydrated from vomiting/diarrhea. She'll think this is dopey, but get some Pedialyte. It restores vitamins/minerals lost. Other than that, get her to take some meds and try and get some rest.

Actually I dont know if this is right but my girl some times gets these really bad stomach cramps that cause her to pass out. We went to the doctor and they say she has systs on her ovaries. I guess they arnt cancerous but they are there and they come and go. Usually it starts a few days before and she will get light headed and have stomach cramps. Then after a few days it will hit hard and usually it hurts her so bad that it makes her pass out. The worst time was when she was out for an hour and there really is nothin that can be done.

Maybe that has something to do with it?
