Well,
Lately I've noticed that my sister has been sneaking out of the house around 1:30 to 2:00. I've noticed this because when I come home, she's usually outside.

Well, tonight I stayed home, and she went out side just a few minutes ago, I decided I'd lock all the doors and windows on the first floor, so, she has to ring the door bell and wait for my parents to let her in. She's either 14 or 15, I can't remember which, she's my step sister so it doesn't matter a whole ton. (hehe)

I've also noticed she has a friend that drives to our house quite a bit, and it turns out that he's 13, I have the license plate number, I'm contemplating whether or not to call the cops and end the kid's joy riding aswell..

I find it quite humorus, I'm sure she won't once she figures out the doors are locked.

Update...

Don't report the kid... well at least not to the cops. He might be kind of screwed depending. He might not be able to get a license until 18 or 21. Or they just might take him home. I dno about him being 13... but if he was 15/16 they would take him to the police station and make his parents pick him up. Then he goes to court and might get the 18/21 license thing or just get community service or something.

Well, if you don't like the kid she's seeing, then fvck yeah report him. You should check to make sure she's not smoking.

Whenever I wanna smoke a cigar or clove, I go outside, and usually it's late at night. Then again it's not every night, more like once a month tops.

No, I'm 18, I'm going to college in a few weeks....

I've snuck out (SP?) before, although I was already outside so it's hardly considered sneaking out.

I think any kid that can't ride his bike at the age of 13 and steal his parents car to drive around should be reported, but I think I'll give the kid some slack, next time I see him I'll give him the heads up.

Right, you shouldn't report the kid because he might get a fitting punishment.

In a few years, hopefully she'll see it as a favor, my parents will finally find out what kind of kid she really is.

We live in a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks and streetlights and such, and this kid can't seem to ride his bike for 5 minutes compared to the 2 minutes it takes him to drive his parents car. We do have cops that drive down our road every 2 hours, because our association pays county for it, same with our lake, they pay our county to patrol our lake every day from 10 AM to 5 PM. So, sooner or later he might just get caught if I don't turn him in.

You think this kid is bangin her in his mom's car that he steals at night? Cuz I mean, I'm sure you could make some money out of this if you blackmail her. There are PLENTY of people on ATOT who wouldn't mind paying a bit for a night with a 13yo girl sonz-style. :p

Seriously though, she's gonna bitch at you for a while, maybe a long time, but you're doing the right thing, and I love it when being a douche is doing the right thing.

Well, in two weeks, I won't have to see her for months if I choose not to, so it really doesn't matter to me a whole bunch.

Ooo play a prank on the kid. Like take his keys or let out the air of the tires so he cant get home or block his car with yours and then leave...
That'll scare him and teach him

The plan is kind of flawless because she can't complain that I pushed her and locked her out, my parents gave me the job of when ever I come home late at night/early morning I have to let the dog out once more and "lock up" just tonight, I locked up more then usual.

No, she's not the brightest being out there... I think she had a key once, then lost it. I have house keys though.

Tell her to put your address on the keys. That way when she loses them.. the people bring them back.. :)

She should have a key but if she doesn't it will probably be an interesting moment for your parents.

I would leave the kid in the car alone.. if his parents don't notice their car gone it's their own fault and calling the cops for something like that is just stupid.

Please keep us updated on this story.
