I work at a place that makes trade show displays - I actually take care of the computer end of things, including putting new hardware into machines for a show.

I just got 2 new unreleased nVidia cards - QuadroFX 1100. They are going into HP xw4100 workstations - 3 Ghz P4. Too bad that I just put em to gether and I don't get to play with them beyond installing new drivers. But hey, I do at least get to see em.

Don't have my cam with me. 🙁 I can tell you I'm surprised at how short they are. The Quadro4s that were in these machines before are quite a bit longer. They *do* require the additional power though, from the HD connector.

I worked for HP, and used to test the Ipaqs. Got to see some unreleased ones. But I never cared about PDAs.

Here is what gets me. Imagine, someone somewhere is testing that one game you have been waiting for a whole year, be it Gran Turismo, FFXII, GTA 5, whatever.

Yes, I know it is. I'd rather have a office type benchmark....but hey. I don't even know what "Desktop" chipset this would be closest to.

and also do 3Dmark03 as someone else said also. Will test the cards and also see what they compare to on the desktop.
