I have asthma and made the mistake of catching the flu.

The good news? I've lost 11 pounds

The bad news? I'd been on a high protein,muscle building diet for the past month.I start again from ground zero at the gym once I'm better🙁

Ahhh. Having any type of viral respiratory infection will knock you over if you have asthma.

If you take prednisone long enough, you'll gain the weight back soon.
