What a good program to use to monitor motherboard stats on desktop?

Whats a good program to use to monitor motherboard/cpu temps, fan speeds, etc.. on the motherboard on the desktop?

I have been just going in to the bios to check stats but it's kind of a pain every time I want to check temps and stuff.

It has a ton of settings to adjust and display. If you need help: 1st RTM, 2nd check their website, 3rd ask here as alot of people use it here.
