what a good cheap xp cpu for business apps

very tight budget -mainly used for word and internet explorer
say 256 ram
whats a good althon chip for that -needs to run fairly quick - off the top of ur head a good CHEAP CHEAP mobo to go with it?

not for gaming/overclocking or other processor intensive things -just a box to do homework on and surf the net.

something in the 1200+ to 2000+ range ? what core is my best option -best bang for buck?
looking to build a whole system with $200 [i already have ram, case, hdd, cd rom. external burner etc]

-this is just for a secondary box i have a 2500+ barton 512 ram ati aiw 9600 for games work etc
