My cpu temperture been high, but my case temp remain low. So today, I clean out all the dust balls on my cpu fan and it drops my temperture from 42 to 35 idle. I think I will clean it every couple months or when cpu temp seems high. ;)

cleaning inside your case really should be part of the normal mantainance for your pc even if you've got air filters for the intake fans!

I go at it with a paint brush and vacuum every couple weeks. Surprising how much dust is on parts when you dismantle or receive them on deals. I have a paint brush by each computer in a pen jar.

I'd be very hesitant to use a brush of any description inside the case as brushing with it can build up static electricity which can potentially kill your m/board.
compressed air is by far the safest method!
